OneSpace uses Zoom’s OAuth 2.0 API to create a meeting the moment a customer books an appointment — and to clean it up if they cancel. This guide covers adding the integration, using it, removing it, and how your data is handled.
meeting:writeLets OneSpace schedule a Zoom meeting when a customer books an appointment, and remove it if the appointment is cancelled.
user:readReads the email address on your Zoom account so we can show which account is connected. No contacts, recordings, or chat are accessed.
In OneSpace, go to Dashboard → Appointment → Integrations.
You are redirected to Zoom’s secure OAuth 2.0 authorization page.
Sign in to Zoom, review the requested permissions, and click Allow.
Zoom sends you back to OneSpace, where the integration now shows as Connected with your Zoom email.
Once Zoom is connected, meeting creation is fully automatic — you never leave OneSpace. You can also paste an existing Zoom link, meeting ID, and passcode manually when creating an appointment.
Go to Dashboard → Appointment → Integrations → Zoom.
Confirm removal when prompted.
Your stored OAuth tokens are permanently deleted from OneSpace. New appointments will no longer create Zoom meetings.
Meetings that were already created stay in your Zoom account and are not touched when you disconnect — only future automation stops.
OneSpace never sees or stores your Zoom password. Access is granted through Zoom’s standard OAuth 2.0 flow, which you can revoke at any time.
Access and refresh tokens are encrypted before they are written to our database and are never returned to the browser.
We request only the two scopes needed to create meetings and identify your account — nothing more.
All communication between OneSpace, your browser, and Zoom’s APIs happens over encrypted HTTPS.
Our team can help with setup, permissions, or anything about the Zoom integration.
